“We stayed for 5 weeks at this wonderful new property. It is brand new and therefore extremely clean and well kept. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all with showers. The property has 3 separate terraces to soak up the sun and enjoy the view of the pool area that is shared with 3 other adjoining properties. The house has heated floors on all levels and air conditioning in each room although we never needed it. The place has a modern kitchen with espresso machine, dishwasher and oven and a fridge. There is no freezer or microwave. The property is very safe and secure with digital gates and sturdy windows and doors. Everything in the property is very good quality. The wifi worked well on both levels of the house as well as the pool area which was a bonus! Overall we had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again on our next trip to Nerja. “What a nice place Nerja! Close to Malaga, wonderful beaches and still the feeling that you are among the Spaniards. Casas de la Seda is a wonderful place for your vacation. For our family, especially the combination of the location (near the beach and near the most fun tapas bars) and the large garden with swimming pool was ideal. You easily walk with the kids to the beach and back at the house they can continue to play in and around the pool. And since we love to eat tapas it is great to have a a few bars literally around the corner. Another luxury was the on-site parking, so we never had to find a parking space for our rental car.
